Bench Press For Strength - What Good "Straight Bench press on the power - it is useful to "natural" Fast press Beginners (and more advanced) in weightlifting after exercise regularly "chase" to do jumps on a horse (goat) and a length away. Speed bench - obviously Regular exercise is copied from the arsenal of weightlifting. However, there do all three approaches (not 8-10) 10-12 hops "back and forth." In this regard, I believe that a quick press can do sometimes, but 3 sets of 8 times, and not vice versa. If you are unsure how to proceed, check out Dr. Kevin Cahill. Fast motion due to inertia gives less stress your muscles, and increases the likelihood of injury. These exercises can be incorporated into training, and much harm from them is not visible but good. Combined exercises and the various modes of muscle activity an important factor for the effectiveness of training exercises are different modes of muscle activity and combined exercises. On average, only two such exercises: Speed bench (with a very slow lowering of the bar in the opportunistic mode, and the rapid rise of the bar), raises the bar on the chest + press standing up. At a higher level of exercise required more, but dealing with a level below medium such exercises are not needed at all. In recent months, cerebral palsy has been very successful. Unwritten "rules" state that can in one day to train various qualities. It turns out to make high-speed press to be only in a single day. One day, with power or power ratings zhimom it can not be combined! Hence, an additional day? And, as a rule, there is no such day. Taking Care of Yourself "The more I want to do something, the less I call it work." Richard Bach This quote was shared with me by a fellow coach and colleague. I think it's a great quote that I share with you. Is not it so true that most want to do something, the less it feels like "work"? This quote led me to start thinking about the things I wanted to do my work against the things I felt I had to do. I wondered what made me * want * to do some things as opposed to others in my long list of tasks? Upon reflection, I realized that the issues I wanted to do were generally connected to feel useful and feel that I was helping someone else. It was the sense of purpose behind what he was doing motivated me. This was interesting to watch. Sometimes it is easy to get off the "why" of what we are doing and get stuck in the "what" of what we are doing. When is the last time you wonder "why am I doing this?" And I do not mean when the response "for a paycheck!" Yes, all work for a paycheck (and the tax man!), But also for other reasons. We work to express our creativity in the world, work for the exercise of our natural gifts and talents, we work to grow and expand our knowledge and skills, and work to help others and contribute to our community. So why are you working? What got you into this field? What are the things on your list of tasks that make it easy, fast and without hesitation? When we can identify * why why we are working by looking at things that * do not feel like work to us, we can...
