Taking Care of Yourself "The more I want to do something, the less I call it work." Richard Bach This quote was shared with me by a fellow coach and colleague. I think it's a great quote that I share with you. Is not it so true that most want to do something, the less it feels like "work"? This quote led me to start thinking about the things I wanted to do my work against the things I felt I had to do. I wondered what made me * want * to do some things as opposed to others in my long list of tasks? Upon reflection, I realized that the issues I wanted to do were generally connected to feel useful and feel that I was helping someone else. It was the sense of purpose behind what he was doing motivated me. This was interesting to watch. Sometimes it is easy to get off the "why" of what we are doing and get stuck in the "what" of what we are doing. When is the last time you wonder "why am I doing this?"
